Solid snacks, good service

Mine arrived fine last month, but they do ship with ice packs for the refrigerated stuff. Not sure about just the bars though.

Yeah, they pack it pretty well. I ordered a bunch of keto bars to Florida in July and they were solid when they got here. I think they use good insulation.

I think they only do returns for damaged stuff or if they sent the wrong item. Not usually for taste preferences, afaik.
